Terms of Service
Last updated 12 October 2026
These terms cover your use of ComicMe.store. By placing an order you agree to them.
What we make
We create a personalized, printed comic book from photographs and details you provide. AI tools are used to write and illustrate it, and a person checks each book before it is printed. We sell printed books only; there is no digital download. Each book is made individually, so no two are identical and results vary. The artwork is an illustrated interpretation of the photographs you upload — it is stylised, not a portrait, and it will not be a perfect likeness. The free covers are there so you can see the quality before paying.
The photographs you upload
You confirm that you own or have permission to use every photograph you upload, and that the person shown consents to a comic being made about them — or that you are their parent or guardian. Do not upload photographs of people who have not agreed, or images you do not have the rights to.
You keep ownership of your photographs. You grant us permission to process them for the sole purpose of making your comic, including sending them to the AI and printing partners listed in our Privacy Policy.
What you may not ask us to make
No sexual content, no content depicting real people in a defamatory or harassing way, no hateful content, and no likenesses of celebrities or copyrighted characters. We may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion and refund it.
Your comic
The finished comic is yours. You may read it, keep it, and give it as a gift. It is for personal use — you may not resell it or use it commercially.
Printing and delivery
Books are made to order, then printed and shipped, in some cases by a third-party print partner. Most arrive within 2 to 3 weeks of ordering. Production and delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and we cannot control carrier delays. Risk passes to you on delivery.
Payment
Prices are in US dollars and shown before you pay. A sale price applies only until the time shown beside it. Payment is handled by Stripe. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
Liability
We provide the service as it is. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid for the order in question. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
